Today, fishing in the Everglades was filled with some great action! Since there were morning thunderstorms in the area, we decided to fishing close to Everglades City . On our way to the first spot, we decided to castnet some live finger mullet for bait and try our luck catching a few snook and redfish. When we arrived at the first location, the tide was rising. After casting out a live mullet, under a popping cork,  the redfish started to bite! We caught several nice reds up to 8 lbs . After catching our fill of redfish, we moved into a deeper shoreline, that was holding a good number of snook. While there, we scored with some good sized snook, that provided us with non stop action! With July just about over, and August right around the corner ,don’t miss out on some great action!
