The fishing for the first part of July has been great providing us with some great action. The snook fishing has been good this month , we have been catching some nice size snook along the beaches on the high tides . The bait that has been working the best for catching these big linesiders has been a fresh piece of cut ladyfish or 3-5 inch live mullet that we have been cast netting early in the morning . Mix in with the snook have been a lot of nice size redfish and along with the snook the bait that has been working the best have been a  cut lady fish or a  live mullet under a popping cork . The trout fishing for July has been better then ever the trick for catching big trout in July is to get out on the flats early before the sun heats up the water  . The bait we been having the best luck with is a root beer riptide jig bounced slowly on the bottom.
