The weather today when we left my dock today was cool with no wind, so we decided to head offshore and fish for triple tail . When we got to our first spot we scored with a nice 8 lb fish that couldn’t resist a root beer colored jig . Triple tail are a not only a great fighting fish there are also one of the best eating fish there is . After catching a few more nice triple tail we decided to head inshore and caught several nice redfish and trout .  January’s fishing still remains  good  providing us with a lot of great action
