Fishing in the Everglades has been great this week, providing us with some non stop action. The redfish have been very active this week in the early morning on the rising tides.  The bait that we have been having our best luck on has been a fresh cut piece of lady fish that redfish can’t resist. Most of the redfish we have catching, have been in the 5 to 10 lb range. In addition to the redfish, we have been catching some nice sized snook.  As long as the weather remains warm, the snook fishing will be good. The trout fishing this week has also been red hot. With the water over the grass flats being clear, the trout have been hungry.  The bait that has been working the best have been live pilchards under a popping cork. Trout are a lot of fun to catch, and are also  a great fish to eat. The  fishing this month has been providing us with some great action!  Don’t miss out!
